Rob graduated with a physiotherapy degree in 1997 and has since dedicated his career to understanding the human body. He has developed expertise in various areas, including sports therapy, Chinese acupuncture, myoskeletal alignment, and the Bowen Technique. Rob has also trained in Be Activated with Doug Heel, Functional Movement Systems, and Strong First Russian Kettlebells and strength coaching. Additionally, he follows the Primal Blueprint by Mark Sissons.

Rob has worked with professional athletes from boxing, football, and triathlon, and had a 10-year career with the Leeds Rhinos. Early in his career, he developed his skills with the GB swim team. Throughout his journey, Rob has continued to develop his passion for understanding the human body and helping others achieve their best physical performance.



Professional Sports Career

From 1997-2001 Rob worked with members of the GB Swimming Team where he treated sports injuries and worked directly with the athletes to improve strength and conditioning.

Between 2001 and 2011 Rob worked with Leeds Rhinos as Rehab Conditioner and Physio Assistant where he designed and implemented rehabilitation and soft tissue programmes.
